the beach was amazing and really clean. the rooms were also nice and neat. the staff was helpful answering every question i had! the lobby is big and feels ceremonial.
i noticed that the valet service seemed slow compared to other hotels nearby, a little frustrating.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room upon arrival it was great. zahid from housekeeping kept my room super clean with amazing towel art. jackie from the breakfast team always remembered my favorite table. the staff made my stay special
i experienced a slight delay during check-out due to a mix-up with transportation charges the receptionist initially insisted on payment. this was resolved after she contacted the sponsor company. the situation was handled eventually

the hotel features a well kept pool area with about twenty loungers provided it also has a shaded section for those wanting to avoid direct sunlight, great. the gym offers three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

i found the location very convenient. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The Verso restaurant on the 10th floor was also a great find.
The room had a noticeable humidity smell. also, my room was not cleaned one day . That was strange!

i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to blue waters and only about ten minutes to the metro for downtown trips. the food in the restaurant was also a highlight, offering excellent options for both breakfast and dinner.
the lighting in the room was not very bright , and there was an unusual smell in the corridor. additionally , the glasses provided for water seemed rather old.

i stayed in a beautiful king room it had two separate sinks in the bathroom the room included a rainfall shower the bed was large and comfortable. the hotel has several restaurants with different cuisines i found a treasure with the verso restaurant on the tenth floor
the small beach area is a minus you need to reserve your beach lounger very early i found it tough finding a place
